The fortress of Florence in Italy will be available to tourists without payment. The 16th century Florentine fortress in Foret Belvedere, which served as the residence of Ferdinando Medici, will be open to tourist groups. Entrance to the historic landmark will be free. The building was built between 1590 and 1959 by the architect Buontalenti. The story of the tragic death of Veronica Locatelli and Luka Razo is connected with him, because of which the old fortress was closed for many years. Today, the level of security when visiting attractions is provided to high standards. The authorities decided to cancel the entrance tickets for a pleasant stay of citizens and visiting travelers.
