Russians living in dilapidated and dilapidated houses want to be allowed to relocate through mortgages

Russians living in dilapidated and dilapidated houses want to be allowed to relocate through mortgages. The first installment for it should be paid by the Housing and Utilities Reform Support Fund, and the rate itself should not exceed 3% per annum. Such an amendment to the government bill "On Amendments to the Housing Code" was prepared by the State Duma Committee on Budget. As Izvestia found out, the proposal has already been sent to recall Vitaly Mutko, deputy prime minister of the cabinet. Ready to support him in "Fair Russia" and the Liberal Democratic Party.

The Communist Party of the Russian Federation wants to first study the proposal in detail, doubting that citizens have money for a mortgage.

At the last line: shabby houses offer to repair at the expense of citizens
They want to support the safety of housing with depreciation of more than 70% using a special subprogram
A member of the State Duma budget committee, United Russia Dmitry Yurkov proposed amending a government bill passed in first reading on November 14. In his address to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation Vitaly Mutko (Izvestia has it at his disposal), he reports that one of the promising forms of assistance to residents of emergency homes could be the provision of subsidies on mortgages. “The most important thing is that citizens will be able to move into new apartments immediately, bypassing living in a maneuverable fund and other difficulties,” the document says.

The text says: today, mostly poor people are forced to live in emergency housing. Therefore, the massive provision of mortgage loans to them under general conditions is excluded. “However, the situation could have changed radically if the Housing and Utility Sector Reform Support Fund had committed itself to making an initial contribution and a significant portion of recurring payments,” the document says. The point is that, at the expense of the fund, the annual mortgage rate for such Russians should be no more than 3% per annum. And the cost of the mortgage was limited: after paying a monthly contribution to the family, there should be at least two minimum living wages.ó-bbc099f26f7fñé-e90d62f61d7fñé-db03a30443aa

If this is a voluntary additional function that citizens can use to solve the problem of resettlement, then this, of course, deserves support. I faced with such situations in the Arkhangelsk region, there are thousands of families who had judicial decisions on recognizing their homes as emergency but lived and continue to live in inhuman conditions, Yaroslav Nilov, deputy chairman of the LDPR faction in the State Duma, told Izvestia.

But in the Communist Party they want to first carefully study the initiative.

- I am not familiar with this amendment yet. What kind of mortgage can there be if the Russians have no money other than to pay for utilities and buy food? - said to Izvestia the first deputy chairman of the Communist faction Nikolai Kolomeytsev.

The secretariat of Vitaliy Mutko told Izvestia that the bill, which was proposed to be amended, would soon be considered in the second reading, and now it is being worked out by the relevant committee. “The request has not yet been considered,” the agency explained.

The Pyrenees (endonyms: els Pirineus or el Pirineu in Catalan, Pyrénées in French, Pirenèus in Occitan, Pireneu in Aragonese, Pirinioak in Basque, Pirineos in Spanish) are a set of ranges (forming one mountain range) located at the north of the Iberian Peninsula and crossing the entire length of the isthmus that unites the Peninsula to the rest of Europe.

They extend from the Mediterranean Sea (Cap de Creus) on the east, to the Cantabrian Sea (Bay of Biscay) on the west; to the south, there is the depression of the Ebro and to the north the one of the Garonne.

The Pyrenees occupy the northern part of Catalonia, Aragon, Navarre and Basque Country; the southern parts of the North Basque Country (France) and Occitania (Bearn, Gascunya, and Languedoc); the west and south parts of northern Catalonia (France); and the whole of Andorra. The border between France and Spain mostly follows the Pyrenees. The Basque Country and Catalonia are located respectively at the west and east end of the mountain range.

The range is about 425 km long and has a width that generally does not exceed 100 km, with a total area of 19,000 km². The five highest peaks in the mountain chain are the Aneto (3,404 m), the Pocets peak (3,375 m), the Monte Perdido (3,355 m) (cat. Mont Perdut), the Punta d’Astorg (3,355 m) and the Pic Maldito (3,350 m ).

Despite its unity as a massif, it is often convenient to divide the range into differentiated areas depending on the context. According to the slope: the northern or the southern slopes of the Pyrenees; to the territory, the Catalan, Occitan, Aragonese and Basque Pyrenees; or even region: Pirineu d’Aude, Pirineu de Girona, Pirineu de Navarra. On the other hand, it can be divided in terms of altitude: the Upper and Lower Pyrenees, the Pre-Pyrenees (the lowest mountain ranges around the massif itself), or more proportionally the eastern Pyrenees, the central Pyrenees and the western Pyrenees. Finally, it is divided into climate zones of the Atlantic Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Pyrenees.пиренейские-горы-fe4a814585fлучшие-автомобили-мира-с-жорди-виларо-bd193ba0dd68
